Agent Referral Partnership
We Manage the Property. You Keep the Relationship.
Elevate Properties exists to support agents, not replace them. Our standard practice is to involve the referring agent whenever a client begins discussing a sale or purchase. While clients ultimately choose who represents them, we prioritize transparency and communication so your relationship is respected throughout the process.
How Future Sales Are Handled
When you refer a client to Elevate Properties, our role remains focused on management. Our standard practice is to involve the referring agent whenever a client begins discussing a sale or purchase.
- We do not market sales services to your referred clients
- If a client mentions selling, we reach out to you
- Listing opportunities are directed to the referring agent whenever possible
- If a client independently requests our brokerage, we communicate openly so everyone stays informed
Our goal is for your client to continue seeing you as their real estate agent while we support the management side.
Your Role
Make the introduction; that’s it.
You connect us with your client, and we handle the day-to-day management while you remain their agent.
Our Role
Once introduced, Elevate manages the ongoing responsibilities so you can stay focused on sales and client relationships.
We handle:
- Leasing and onboarding
- Resident communication
- Maintenance coordination
- Accounting and reporting
- Ongoing management and oversight
Referral Compensation
We keep our referral partnerships straightforward.
When you refer a client who signs a management agreement with Elevate Properties, you receive a referral fee equal to 20% of one month’s rent, paid after the property is leased and the tenant has moved in.
Property management should support your relationship with your client, not replace it.
Introduce us when a client needs management, and we will take it from there.
