OUR STORY
Elevate Properties was founded with a simple belief: property management should put people first. After years in the industry, we saw too many firms treating clients and tenants as numbers, not individuals. We knew there had to be a better way.
One evening, after reflecting on those challenges, our founder sat with his wife, Brandy, who asked a question that changed everything: “Why not start your own company—one built on doing it right?”
That conversation sparked Elevate Properties.
From day one, our mission has been clear: to raise the standard of property management in Eastern North Carolina through integrity, proactive service, and lasting relationships. We believe every owner deserves peace of mind, every tenant deserves respect, and every property deserves care. That’s what it means to manage with Elevate.

At Elevate Properties, we serve homeowners and investors in Eastern North Carolina who own well-maintained, quality properties and are seeking a true partnership in property management. Chris Reagan
Owner & Broker-in-Charge
Chris Reagan is the visionary behind Elevate Properties and serves as the company’s Broker-in-Charge. With years of experience in property management and real estate operations, Chris brings a deep understanding of the local market and a passion for doing business the right way.
He founded Elevate with a clear mission: to raise the standard of property management in Eastern North Carolina by putting people first and delivering exceptional service at every turn. Known for his hands-on approach, clear communication, and commitment to integrity, Chris works closely with clients, tenants, and his team to create lasting value and strong relationships.
Outside of Elevate, Chris is a devoted husband, father, and host parent to international exchange students—always finding joy in building connections and helping others grow. His personal “why” is to build a legacy of faith, family, and service to others—and that purpose shows up in everything he does.

Brandy Reagan
Operations & Standards
Brandy is the heart behind Elevate’s high standards and steady focus. In her role supporting operations and standards, she ensures that every process, policy, and client experience reflects the company’s commitment to integrity, consistency, and care.
She plays a key role in shaping Elevate’s direction—offering strategic insight, helping guide decision-making, and keeping the team aligned with the mission. Brandy is passionate about doing things right the first time and making sure both clients and residents feel supported and respected throughout their journey with Elevate.
Outside of work, she’s a proud wife, mom, and advocate for inclusion, with a background in coaching Special Olympics. Her personal values align seamlessly with Elevate’s core belief: that people come first, always.

Lynn Reagan
Field Services
Originally from Missouri, Lynn was brought to Eastern North Carolina by the United States Marine Corps in 1971—and he’s proudly called it home ever since. After retiring from the Corps in 1994, Lynn continued his public service through the U.S. Postal Service and later became a licensed Mortgage Originator.
Now retired from full-time work, Lynn supports the Elevate Properties team by assisting with day-to-day field services. From placing signs and lockboxes to taking marketing photos, making keys, and handling various errands, he plays a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly. His attention to detail, reliability, and strong work ethic make him a trusted and valued member of the team.
Above all, Lynn is a blessed husband, proud dad, and even prouder grandpa. Lynn is the kind of person who shows up early, works hard, and always has a kind word for everyone he meets. His decades of service and commitment to excellence are part of what helps Elevate deliver on its mission every single day - and we’re grateful to have his steady presence as part of Elevate’s foundation.

Adam Fosser
Administrative Support
Originally from Denmark, Adam joined the Elevate Properties team after spending a year living and studying in Eastern North Carolina as a foreign exchange student—an experience that sparked a lasting connection to the region and its people. Now back in Denmark, he continues his education with a focus on business while contributing remotely in an administrative support role.
Adam assists with behind-the-scenes tasks that help Elevate stay organized and effective. His work includes CRM setup, data entry, design projects, and light marketing support. He brings a sharp eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for real estate. With his drive and natural leadership, there’s no doubt Adam is on the path to a successful future in the industry once his studies are complete.
Outside of work and school, Adam enjoys time with friends and family, traveling to new places, and playing a round of golf whenever he gets the chance. He’s a valued part of the Elevate team, and we’re proud to be a part of his journey.
